Privacy Policy
Effective October 1, 2026
This policy explains what information Xentry collects when you visit xentry.online (the “website”) and how we use it. It covers this website only. If your company uses the Xentry product, the agreement for that product describes how we handle your business data.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you request a demo, you can give us your name, work email, company, role, and a short note about the report you want help with. We use this only to reply to you and to arrange a demo.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you requested, and the time of the request. These records help us keep the website secure and working.
What we do not collect
The website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools. The interactive demos on the page run only in your browser. Anything you type into a demo stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Third-party services
- Hosting. The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes the technical information above to serve the pages.
- Fonts. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google’s servers to download them, which shares your IP address with Google.
Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.
How we use information
- To reply to demo requests and questions.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep demo request details for as long as we need them to talk with you about Xentry, and then delete them. Hosting records are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. To make a request, email us at the address below.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the effective date above when we do.
